Tasks:

Duties: Answering phone call, responding to emails and chats on topics related to luggage, flight rescheduling, changing passenger information, inquiries about flight rules, responding to complaints and broad inquiries about anything related to the flight.

Language: the required level of the main language is minimum B2

For the training we need English at B1/B2 level. English is B2/C1

Type of contract: we do offer labour or civil contracts. For the civil contracts we not have benefits such as MyBenefit cafeteria or Luxmed, but we tell candidates about the possibility of development within the company’s structures

Working hours/days to choose between:

Mon – Fri 9-22

Sat 9 – 7 pm

Sunday 10-19

Salaries depend on the type of contract

Labour Contract: 7000 PLN / month

Contract Civil (hour): 42 PLN/ hour

For the candidates coming from abroad , we can offer the following:

Hotel Booking (14 nights + breakfast)

For the relocators within Poland, we do offer:
